Family Care Specialists, one of the Altais family of medical practices, has been honored with the Integrated Healthcare Association's (IHA) Align. Measure. Perform. (AMP) program Top 10% Total Cost of Care award, one of the program's annual awards recognizing top-performing and most-improved provider organizations in clinical quality, patient experience, and affordability.

The AMP program is one of the nation's most established value-based healthcare performance improvement measurement programs. The program collects data from 13 health plans and over 200 provider organizations to measure everyone by the same standards and create reliable performance benchmarks. For its Top 10% Performers awards, IHA recognizes physician organizations with Achievement Scores at or above the 90th percentile in Clinical Quality, Patient Experience, or Cost Domains for care provided to patients with Commercial HMO coverage in Measurement Year (MY) 2022.
