Advocate for Health Professions and Quality of Care Issues
CMA's Council on Health Professions and Quality of Care studies and recommends policy concerning licensing, discipline, scope of practice, physician workforce, medical education, health facility, organized medical staffs and quality of care. The Council also provides oversight of the Subcommittee on Continuing Medical Education, Subcommittee on Medical Board of California and Subcommittee on Physician Wellness.
